Nat Gambuzza leads a team of eight people with CBRE's Investment Properties group. The team focuses exclusively on the sale of investment properties, with a specialization in multi-family properties. Since he began his career in 2002, he has worked closely with private investors, lenders and institutions of varying net worth to advise creative strategies and negotiate advantageous terms for transactions.

The transactions he performs range in size and many include large portfolios of multifamily or mixed-use properties that require complex and unique execution. Through this experience and expertise, he has a built a strong reputation in the industry and created many lasting relationships. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Nat worked for another national real estate firm where he held the title Vice President of Investments and earned five national achievement awards and nine recognition awards for outstanding sales.
