Nancy Cahoy

Nancy is responsible for the investor relations program at GAIA. Previously Nancy served as the Director of Investor Relations and Deputy COO at Stabilis Capital, a $1.7B investment firm specializing in debt secured by commercial real estate and other income producing assets. During her tenure there, she also served as a Director of Business Development, sourcing banking relationships for the firm, and an Asset Manager, managing a variety of value add and turn around assets. Before Stabilis, Nancy was Director of Sales at Massey Knakal (Cushman Wakefield) covering the area of Soho and Chinatown.Nancy holds a B.A. in Economics and Fine Arts from New York University and an M.B.A from Darden School of Business at UVA.
