Bio
Murray Goldfarb is a Managing Partner in Brookfield's Real Estate Group, responsible for the legal and negotiation aspects of the group's global mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Goldfarb was a partner at the law firm of Fried Frank, where he concentrated his practice on the representation of private equity funds and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures. Mr. Goldfarb holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Miami University-Ohio, and a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law
