Morgan Barstad is an Operations Coordinator with the Winn Richey Team of CBRE Capital Markets, Institutional Properties, in Denver. Morgan acts as a team operations manager handling everything from property marketing design/production, property website management, client reporting, listings and compliance, due diligence facilitation and all executive level support.
Prior to joining CBRE in April 2017, Morgan was an Event Director producing large-scale festivals across the country, primarily specializing in the food and wine industry.
