Monica Mallory

Monica joined Cadence with a deep background of retail management. As the Director of Management, she oversees all aspects of Cadence acquisitions, development, and day-to-day management. Monica has an extensive history with core retail assets including her previous role as Regional Property Manager for First Washington Realty, Inc. where she was responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of assets in Kansas City including The Village Shops and Corinth Square both located in the heart of Prairie Village, KS as well as Brookside Shops in Kansas City, MO. Prior to joining First Washington, Monica was Senior Property Manager for US Federal Properties, overseeing the management of both retail and medical office properties, in addition to strategic Business Development. Monica is a contributing writer in the IREM Journal of Property Management, is in her sixth year of a seven-year term on the Board of IREM as Programs Chair, serving currently as treasure president elect, and remains highly active throughout the Kansas City real-estate community
