Mollie Means

Mollie Means is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Debt and Structured Finance. Ms. Means is a member of CBRE HMF, Inc., CBRE's FHA multifamily lending platform. She is responsible for the marketing and origination of HUD FHA construction and permanent financing loans for multifamily and senior housing properties.

Ms. Means joined CBRE in July 2015. Prior to joining CBRE, she served for 12 years as Chief Financial Officer for Investco Financial Corporation in Sumner, Washington where she managed the origination and underwriting of over $2.5 billion in construction and term financings for multifamily, industrial, retail, homebuilding and master planned community properties.

Ms. Means began her real estate finance career at Union Bank as a commercial and real estate lender. She was also a lender for Bank of America's Community Development Bank. She developed affordable housing for Martin Luther King Housing Development Association in Tacoma, Washington and provided consulting services for other non-profit affordable housing providers. She has served on the boards of Plymouth Housing Group and Bellwether Housing.
