Bio
Ms. Sung has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary since 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Sung practiced law for more than 15 years, including as in-house counsel for public companies in the technology sector and as Counsel with the law firm of Hogan Lovells LLP, representing public companies and investment banks in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters, with a particular emphasis on corporate and securities and public company governance. Ms. Sung is admitted to the New York State bar and has been designated Authorized House Counsel by the Connecticut Bar Examining Committee.
