Bio
Mitchell Stravitz graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with a Business degree in Professional Selling. During his time at Baylor, he sold educational books (Southwestern Company) door-to-door for three summers and was awarded Salesmanship honors for achieving unprecedented sales results.
In January 2004, immediately after graduating from Baylor University, Mitch joined CBRE's Phoenix office, working with veteran Bruce Campbell specializing in the office and industrial segments of commercial real estate. In March of 2012, after an absence of four years spent broadening his experience in commercial real estate, Mitch returned to CBRE Phoenix, where he focuses on Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Owner representation in the Scottsdale Airpark, Deer Valley Airpark and Northwest Valley areas.
During his career in the commercial real estate industry, Mitch has represented tenants in over 500,000 square feet of lease transactions. He has represented owners in the purchase of over 400,000 square feet of space totaling over $100 million in total consideration.
