Mitchell Hanzik

As Managing Director, Mitchell is responsible for strategic planning, evaluating prospective investments, and managing projects through all phases of the development cycle, including feasibility, underwriting, financing, design, entitlement, construction, leasing and dispositions. Mitchell draws on his experience as an attorney to advise on all aspects of Allen Harrison Company’s businesses, with a focus on development, acquisition, disposition and financing activities.

Prior to joining Allen Harrison Company, Mitchell served as a Senior Associate in the MidAtlantic office of Trammell Crow Company, where he managed various phases of a range of development projects including master-planned and mixed-use developments; high-density, transit-oriented multi-family projects; speculative office developments; build-to-suits; industrial developments; and medical office buildings. As an Associate in the Real Estate and Banking & Finance sections at Kelly, Hart & Hallman, Mitchell advised owners and investors in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of a broad range of real estate assets.

Mitchell earned a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University.
