Mitch Baer possesses over 25 years of commercial real estate advisory and brokerage experience nationally. Mr. Baer specializes in corporate services, tenant representation, and major asset marketing and leasing. Over the past five years, he has represented lease and sale transactions totaling over $54 million in deal considerations, comprising over 850,000 SF.

Mr. Baer has a tremendous track record of assisting many of CBRE's largest corporate clients with requirements in the Northeast Ohio market. Mr. Baer has had enormous success in the repositioning of major office projects in Downtown Akron including the award winning AES project and the renovation and readapted use of the former O'Neil's department store. In addition, Mr. Baer is also responsible for establishing CBRE market data for the Akron Office Market.
