Bio

Before joining Twining Properties, Mr. Lee worked at the State of New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (MTA) Real Estate Department and briefly at Lendlease in their Development Group in New York.

 

During his time at MTA, Mr. Lee was in charge of managing property acquisition & disposition, leasing, licensing, and marketing on behalf of the MTA’s real estate department including New York City Transit, Metro-North Railroad and Long Island Rail Road. He also assisted the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) group by providing financial, zoning, and architectural feasibility studies for potential Public Private Partnership development opportunities.

 

Before working in real estate and asset management, Mr. Lee worked in architecture. He worked at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) New York office developing and designing mixed-use properties in New York, Hong Kong, China, and Chile.

 

Mr. Lee has received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University and received his Bachelor of Architecture from Yonsei University, South Korea. He is a member of the ULI and AIA. Also, he is a trilingual (English, Japanese, and Korean) and has a deep understanding of the cross-cultural environment, stemming from his early experience of living in global cities, New York, Tokyo, and Seoul.
