Mindy Rietz

Mindy Rietz, Director of Development, joined the Confluent Development team in 2018. She leads the industrial development team and is responsible for sourcing and executing industrial developments in key markets across the U.S. Relying on her 13 years of well-rounded commercial real estate experience, Mindy brings a detail-oriented approach to every development and a focus on building positive relationships through effective communication throughout the process. Prior to Confluent, Mindy worked at Prologis where she led due diligence and closing negotiations on over $767 million in transactions across North America in two years. Mindy started her Real Estate career in 2009 in CBRE’s Minneapolis, MN office, in industrial leasing before specializing in investment sales representing private and institutional owners and investors in the disposition and acquisition of industrial, office, and retail assets in the upper Midwest. In 2016, Mindy received NAIOP’s prestigious National Developing Leader of the Year award. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa and a member of NAIOP, ULI, and CCIM.
