Milton Braasch is an investment sales broker at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of self-storage properties across the Northeast. He works alongside institutional and private clients to take advantage of trends in the self-storage market, leveraging his relationships and knowledge to better assist his clients in achieving their long-term financial goals. Milton’s eagerness to conduct research, study market trends, and analyze thriving submarkets makes him an asset to his clients throughout the entire transactional process. He prides himself on doing right by his clients, positioning them for the highest level of profitability and portfolio building.

Prior to joining Matthews™ full-time, Milton was a part of the internship program at Matthews™ where he gained experience and valuable insight on the ins and outs of the CRE industry. Additionally, Milton was captain of his alma mater, Colgate University’s football team.
