Bio
Miles Treaster is President of Capital Markets for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield. Leading the Capital Markets business, he oversees all operations across North and South America. His focus is to strategically drive growth and deliver innovative solutions to investor clients.
Miles brings over 20 years of experience in real estate capital markets, spanning debt, equity, acquisitions, structured finance, and asset management. Prior to this, he co-founded Five Horizons Partners, where he managed investments for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. He has also held leadership roles at Westbrook Partners and DRA Advisors. Early in his career, Miles was part of Cushman & Wakefield’s investment sales team in San Francisco.
Miles holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP.
