Specializing in tenant representation and corporate services, Mike Wyatt, a 34-year real estate industry veteran, is an Executive Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield's Tenant Advisory Group. During his career, Mr. Wyatt has successfully negotiated over 10,000,000 SF of transactions with a value over $6.8 billion, on a national and international basis. Through these transactions, he has developed long-term relationships built upon trust, collaboration, and results. Mr. Wyatt brings a well-rounded and broad base of knowledge to complex lease negotiations, asset dispositions, and sale-leasebacks, ending in bottom-line results for his clients. Mr. Wyatt is also a member of the National Law Firm Advisory Group.
