Mike Woodrick joined Newmark's Private Client Services Group in 2011, teaming up with Ryan Ash in the marketing and sale of mid-size apartment properties in the Metro Phoenix market. He has an extensive analytical background in commercial real estate with responsibilities including market feasibility reports, due diligence, and financial modeling. Mike has successfully closed over 130 transactions totaling over $260 million in transaction sales.

Prior to Newmark, Mike was the Acquisition director for a wholesale investment real estate company where he facilitated the acquisition and disposition of over 150 income-producing properties with a focus on value-add investments. This hands-on experience throughout the entire construction process coupled with his apartment ownership experience is a tremendous asset to his clients as they renovate and reposition apartment buildings in the Phoenix Metro area.

Mike is a Chicago native and moved to Phoenix in 2000 and graduated from Arizona State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Real Estate.
