Mike Ventricelli

Mr. Ventricelli is a Senior Associate in the Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group. His focus is Investment Sales in the Queens, Nassau and Suffolk County Territories.  Mike also specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation in Nassau and Suffolk County Markets for Office Tenants. Michael began his Real Estate career in the Spring of 2015 when he started working with Nest Seekers International concentrating in Investment Sales. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mike worked at The Rochlin Organization where he handled the Management and Leasing for Local Landlords as well as negotiated new Leases for Tenants looking for Office space across the Long Island Market. Born and raised on Long Island Mr. Ventricelli graduated from East Carolina University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in business. During his free time, he was involved with the East Carolina University Baseball Club Team. Mike and his team competed against other Nationally recognized schools. In 2012, Mike and his team won the National Championship for Club Baseball. Michael currently resides in Woodbury, NY where he enjoys playing sports, hanging with his 2 dogs Leo and Diesel, and giving back to his community.
