Mike Tremayne

Mike Tremayne is a Principal and Fund Manager in the London office of Meadow Partners and is responsible for all aspects of the Meadow London Core-Plus Fund. Prior to joining Meadow Partners, Mr. Tremayne was an Equity Partner with Cushman and Wakefield’s Central London Investment Team. As Head of the West End Investment Team, Mr. Tremayne was responsible for advising institutional clients on dispositions and acquisitions of high profile investment transactions in Central London. He also served on the London Markets’ Board. Mr. Tremayne received an M.A. in Property Valuation and Law from The City University in 1998. Mr. Tremayne is MRICS accredited and also serves on the Operational Board of the Investment Property Forum.
