Mike Storey

Mike brings 45 years of industry-related experience to Neal Communities, where he leads Neal Communities homebuilding businesses and new community development throughout Southwest Florida. Mike’s strong leadership skills and success with home building, land acquisition, customer satisfaction and systems integration are aligned with Neal Communities commitment to building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service. Prior to joining Neal Communities, Mike spent 10 years as division president for a national home builder, where he led his division’s growth from 150 to more than 700 closings covering two major West Coast Florida markets. He was instrumental in land acquisition purchases and finished lots for more than 6,000 homes. A State of Florida Certified Building Contractor, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in building construction from the University of Florida.
