Mr. Spirovski is a Senior Vice President at Alpha Capital CRE where he is primarily responsible for business development, deal structuring, and executing debt & equity placements. Mike has over 10 years of experience within the real estate and banking industries with an emphasis on relationship management, loan structuring, contract negotiations, and strategic market development. Prior to joining Alpha, Mike held Business Development and Broker roles predominately originating commercial real estate transactions for Marcus & Millichap, Interstate Bank, and BMO Harris. Mike has extensive knowledge across all CRE asset and transaction types, and has been involved in over $125 million of CRE capital market transactions.Mr. Spirovski received his BA from The University of Illinois at Chicago, majoring in Economics. Mike also holds a Real Estate Broker License in the State of Illinois, and is a member of Urban Land Institute
