Mike Sladich is a regional managing director in Northmarq's Atlanta office, overseeing Commercial Investment Sales brokers in Georgia and Florida. Focusing on the sale of net leased assets, Mike has closed more than $1.5 billion in total transaction volume and has partnered with some of the nation’s most respected and trusted institutions, shopping center owners and merchant developers. As one of the lead business development and execution specialists for his team, Mike provides extensive knowledge to buyers and sellers of all profiles nationwide.

Before joining Northmarq, Mike served as a regional director and partner for Stan Johnson Company’s (SJC) Atlanta office. Prior to SJC, Mike served as national sales manager for Sports Shares, LLC and was accountable for all aspects of the Atlanta market, including strategic planning, sales, marketing and management.

Mike attained his Bachelor of Science in finance from Linfield College and is a member of ACG Atlanta, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and International Franchise Association (IFA). He was recognized by GlobeSt. as a CRE Aspiring Leader of 2024.
