Mike Ryan

As President of the Northern Division, Mike leads Ryan’s North, Midwest, Great Lakes and Rocky Mountain Regions, providing strategic vision, project guidance and cultural leadership across much of the company’s footprint. He is responsible for providing executive commitment and support to several of our most important clients as well as establishing the direction of our business and ensuring the right teams are executing that business. Mike brings over 20 years of industry experience ranging from construction to design to real estate development and executive leadership. He has led projects in nearly every category that Ryan serves including office, mixed-use, multifamily, senior living, healthcare and industrial, and has conducted work in nearly every US state. Perhaps best known for his creative problem-solving skills, he has an ability to balance great design with financial performance and has a knack for helping teams navigate their biggest challenges. Underlying all of Mike’s efforts is an intense passion to not only create great places, but to maintain and improve Ryan’s special culture—a culture built on long-term relationships focused on family, fun, respect, integrity, safety, stewardship and excellence in all that we do.
