Mike Richmond is a commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial properties in Utah. Mike has been active in the industry for twenty-five years and is consistently recognized by his peers as one of the top leasing agents in Utah. Mike has completed over twelve million square feet of transactions, totaling over $1.5 billion.
Mike joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005. He has consistently been one of the top three producers in the company and was the recipient of the firms "Sales Person" of the year award in 2011. Prior to his current position, Mike worked for CB Richard Ellis and was a "Top Five" producer each year in their Salt Lake City, Utah office. Mike worked for LaSalle Partners (now JLL) in Salt Lake City prior to his association with CB Richard Ellis. Mike's client list includes some of the more sophisticated institutional owners and occupiers of office space in Utah.
Mike graduated from the University of Utah in 1992, where he was a four-year letterman on the Football Team. He was also very active for many years as head football coach for Murray High School, where he dedicated himself to being a positive role model for many young men. He has completed 240 hours of the Commercial Investments Real Estate Institution's CCIM designation.
