Mike Posten

Mike began his commercial real estate career forty-four years ago with Steinbach Associates, which through a series of strategic mergers, has now become Cushman & Wakefield. During this period his team has grown in experience and has substantially expanded their base of services which they provide to their long-standing clients. During his career in real estate, he has completed numerous industrial, office, medical and build-to-suit transactions. Mike has been actively involved with real estate development and consulting, and specializes in long-term real estate strategic planning for the clients he serves.

Mike has developed and currently maintains many long-standing relationships, some of which span over 25 years. His real estate career has been focused on client services concentrating on their real estate challenges. Throughout his career he has negotiated numerous unique real estate transactions such as aircraft hangar leases, railroad right-of-ways, utility right-of-ways, as well as building acquisitions, leasing, dispositions and retail site selections.
