Mike has over 28 years of successful experience developing and delivering institutional grade commercial properties predominantly in the Western United States. As a lead development executive, Mike has opened new market offices in Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Southern California. The cornerstone of Mike's success is his ability to establish trust with clients and brokers and in his track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. With a strong construction background and extensive horizontal and vertical development expertise across multiple product types, Mike provides the insight, leadership and communication skills necessary to navigate through complicated transactions. Mike has an extensive list of successful project completions ranging from one-off single tenant build-to-suit facilities to large institutional grade industrial parks and Class A multi-building office developments. Mike received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction from Northeast Louisiana University.
