Mike Moran has specialized in providing Commercial Real Estate services to institutional investors and corporate tenants in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1985. In addition to representing such Institutional Investors as Blackstone, Hudson Pacific Properties, Prudential, Kylli, Starwood Capital, Kilroy and Phase 3, Mike has extensive experience with ground up construction and development planning, and lease workouts. On the tenant side, Mike provides strategic advisory services to the likes of Nintendo, Rudolph & Sletten, ON24, Sunesis Pharmaceuticals and more. To date, Mike has completed over 17 million square feet of Leases and 7 million square feet of Sales collectively totaling more than $5 billion in transaction volume. Mike was also the Co-Chair of the Office Project Leasing Council for The Americas (2010-2018).
