Mike McCurdy

Mike McCurdy is Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield's greater Philadelphia Region, responsible for all people, clients and business lines including Brokerage, Capital Markets, Asset Services, Valuation & Advisory and Project Development Services. Geographic coverage includes the Philadelphia CBD and suburbs, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, the Lehigh Valley, and both Central and Northeast PA.

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and specific expertise in many areas, Mr. McCurdy has a proven track record of growing businesses through focus on clients, teamwork and culture. For 10 years prior to his role at Cushman & Wakefield, he led the growth and expansion of JLL in the Philadelphia Market, and previously led Corporate Services for the Trammell Crow Company in the Northeast U.S. from Boston through Washington DC over a 10-year period.
