Mike Kerwin is the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales at Rosewood Realty Group. During his career, he has helped close over 300 deals totaling over $3 billion dollars in value. In 2004 when launching his commercial brokerage career Mr. Kerwin was initially focused solely on multi-family sales. He is known however for being able to pivot quickly to adapt to any rapidly changing market conditions. Mr. Kerwin has since represented both buyers and sellers in every type of transaction including developments, retail, office, multifamily, vacant, distressed properties, and both performing and non-performing notes. Focusing on client relationships and working hard with integrity, Mr. Kerwin continues to be a leader in the investment sales world with over $400 million in exclusive sales listings. Mr. Kerwin graduated from the University of Maryland Business School in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
