Mike Kelly specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial, office and medical properties in Northern Santa Barbara County and Southern San Luis Obispo County. A Santa Maria native, Mike attended UCLA, where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mike began his career in real estate as a loan officer and has been with Pacifica since 2007. Mike’s involvement in a high volume of sales and leasing transactions has provided him with detailed market knowledge of the unique Central Coast Industrial, Office, and Medical Real Estate Markets and proven invaluable to Pacifica Commercial Realty’s clientele. Mike continues to be active in the community, volunteering with local schools and youth sports.
