Mike Kelly

Michael Kelly is the founder and president of Tralee Affordable, LLC. The firm’s goal is to create an exceptional portfolio of well-located LIHTC apartment assets. Over his career, Mr. Kelly has been involved in over $6 billion of transactions in apartments, office, retail, and industrial assets. Specifically for apartments, he has been involved in over $4 billion of transactions covering 52,000 units. Prior to forming Tralee Affordable, Mike worked as a Managing Director and Chief Acquisitions officer for Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust. He previously worked at UDR (NYSE: UDR) as Senior Vice President responsible for the Acquisition and Disposition group. Mr. Kelly was a Founding Partner and original shareholder of Apartment Realty Advisors (1993) Mike graduated from Notre Dame with a B.A. in business administration in 1989 and earned is CPA designation while working for KPMG in Atlanta.
