Bio

Mike serves as Executive Vice President for Concord Eastridge. In his role, he directs new business development and provides strategic management to project execution. He leads a team responsible for identifying and securing new business, investment relationships and operations within the U.S. for the firm.

Mike joined The Eastridge Companies in 2002 and helped form and transition the business to Concord Eastridge in 2003. With more than 40 years of commercial real estate and development experience, he brings a broad professional foundation to the Company. His knowledge of private and public real estate development and his understanding of the development process allows him to provide clients and partners with creative solutions. Mr. Haller’s primary focus at Concord Eastridge is the development of new business and investment relationships, as well as the coordination and transitioning of new opportunities into the due diligence stage.

Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Mike held positions with Jacobs Facilities, Inc., Honeywell Inc., JMB Properties, and Julien J. Studley, Inc. Over the course of his career, he has completed corporate educational/training facilities in excess of $500M and has developed over 4 million square feet of commercial properties.

 

Mike attended Arizona State University. His professional affiliations have included the Society of College and University Planners (SCUP); he previously sat on the National Board of Directors for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a former Member of the Year for the Northern Virginia NAIOP Chapter.
