Mike is a Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales out of the Denver Office.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Grippi served as Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions at Mesirow, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the acquisition process, including managing sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence and underwriting procedures.
