Bio
Mike is the founder and President of Fulton providing leadership and strategic direction across the platform of companies including investment, development and construction. Mike has almost two decades of multifamily real estate experience over which time he has built an enduring reputation for honor and excellence. He has been directly involved in over $1 billion of multifamily real estate transactions across the country and takes pride in the long-lasting relationships and communities he has developed. Prior to founding Fulton in 2010, Mike was a partner at Embrey Partners where he developed communities in Texas and Colorado. He has been part of the corporate finance teams of two publicly traded companies and started his career in New York City in the Structured Finance Group of Arthur Andersen where he consulted investment banks on the issuance of commercial mortgage backed securities. Mike lives in San Antonio with his wife Jaimee and their three children. Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech with a BBA in Finance. Mike, in various capacities, serves for a number of civic and non-profit organizations including as a Board Member for the Alamo Area Council of Boy Scouts of America and as a Committee Member for Young Life. He is past Chairman of the Urban Land Institute San Antonio District Council, a member of the ULI Multifamily Council and a member of the National Multi Housing Council.
