Bio
Based in Atlanta, Mike Demperio serves as Senior Vice President and Partner Southeast Regional Manager. Mike focuses primarily on industrial development and has over forty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has developed over 34 industrial parks and over 35 million square feet of industrial buildings throughout the United States.
Notable projects Mike has developed since joining CRG in January 2016 include the Bridgeport Commerce Center ‘mega-site’ in Coweta County that is designed to accommodate over 8 MSF of distribution and manufacturing, Locust Grove Distribution Center, a 300 acre Industrial Park that includes a 1,000,993 square-foot speculative warehouse plus over 2 MSF more, an 832,000 SF speculative warehouse in Savannah now leased to Shaw Industries and a 1 MSF build-to-suit warehouse for Shaw, also in Savannah.
The newest development is a 324 acre industrial park in Greenville, South Carolina called Inland 85 Logistics Center which will hold over 3 MSF of buildings.
Mike graduated from Syracuse University.
