Mike Cleaver

As a Managing Director, Mr. Cleaver's responsibilities include debt structuring and loan underwriting, as well as managing the origination team. Mr. Cleaver has structured and facilitated the closing of more than 250 transactions totaling more than $1 billion in short�term bridge loans nationwide. Mr. Cleaver is a member of the ICSC Association and Mortgage Bankers Association and was selected by the Commercial Observer as members of the Top 25 under 35 in the commercial mortgage industry. Prior to joining the team at Emerald Creek, Mr. Cleaver was a Vice President at Madison Realty Capital where he underwrote and originated commercial real estate debt. In addition, he is affiliated with many non�profit organizations and serves as a board member of ChemoCare, Inc. Mr. Cleaver received his Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Rollins College.
