Mike Burch

Mike Burch serves as the Managing Partner for RMA located in Dallas, TX. Mike has 37 years of experience in the Brokerage business including multiple top performance awards throughout his career. Mike started his career at Marcus & Millichap and served 15 years as First Vice President and Regional Manager for all the Texas operations.

In 2010 he founded Rowan Investment Company and Rowan Properties, specializing in Apartment Brokerage. Throughout Mike’s career he has invested, owned and operated many different income producing properties and in 2014 founded Rowan Multifamily Advisors to continue the investment and ownership of value-add multifamily properties. The Investment Company is family-owned with several thousand units located throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Mike and his wife, Robin, live in Dallas and have 3 sons, all of whom are in the business. Mike grew up in McKinney, TX and graduated from the University of North Texas with a business degree in Marketing and Finance.
