Bio
Miguel Villarreal joined the Industrial Division of JDA in June 2017 as a Development Manager. His responsibilities include management of the design, permitting, and construction process for JDA's industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining JDA, Miguel worked as a Development Manager for Sun Holdings Inc., a national holdings group that owns and operates over 750 stores of diverse concepts. Miguel oversaw the design, permitting construction and successful opening of 45+ stores during his time there. Prior to Sun Holdings, Miguel worked as an analyst for Magi Real Estate Services in San Antonio, Texas. Miguel is currently pursuing a Master’s of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He currently holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance and Development which he received from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
