Bio
Michelle Mussafi is the CFO for GID Industrial. She is responsible for financings, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Prior to joining GID, Michelle most recently worked in Debt Capital Markets at Colony Capital Inc. where she executed borrower-side financings across a variety of real estate investment platforms including the Colony Light Industrial Portfolio. Michelle has prior lender-side experience with Lehman Brothers in the Global Real Estate Group where she underwrote over $22B in large loans. In addition, she held roles as the Americas Business Manager in Barclays’ Corporate Real Estate Solutions group, and prior to business school, as Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Pennsylvania (Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business) and also holds an MBA from Columbia University.
