Bio
Michelle Greenstreet is the Senior Vice President and Chief People & Operations Officer for LURIN. In her role, Michelle leads all human capital initiatives, various strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, communication, technology, and community outreach programs. Michelle’s leadership and experience are rooted in the areas of Process Improvement, Change Management, and Human Capital Planning. Michelle spent over 13 years with Citigroup running Human Resources for several multi-billion-dollar business units. She also worked in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Since leaving Citigroup, she has held executive level roles with Caliber Home Loans, Flowserve, Spirit Realty Capital, and Stearns Lending serving as the Chief People & Administrative Officer. With deep experience in strategic planning and change management for both public and private-sector organizations, Michelle has been instrumental in implementing programs which help companies create an infrastructure for growth and development. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University, Commerce. She serves on the Board of Directors for TREC (The Real Estate Council) in Dallas, Texas.
