Michele Vinci

Michele joined Active in September 1996 and has successfully held 8 different positions in her 22+ years at Active. As VP of Finance, Michele works alongside Alan Cummings overseeing the Finance functions of the International Division as well as an additional finance support for the directors around the globe.VP Finance, International Division Michele joined Active in September 1996 as a Staff Accountant after graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A homegrown “Acitivian” she have held 8 different positions in her 25+ years at Active including Finance Director of Active Canada, Director of Accounting – International Operations and Vice President of Finance – International and Corporate Reporting. In her current position as Vice President of Finance – International Division, she works alongside the International CFO overseeing the Finance functions of the International Division as well as an additional finance support for the international executive teams around the globe. She acts as the key liaison between the international division and corporate office on financial reporting.
