Michael Joined Criterion’s Boston office as a Development Associate in June of 2017. Prior to joining Criterion, Michael worked for a New Hampshire based home builder and multifamily developer, where he was responsible for permitting and project management for several residential subdivisions throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Michael Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Project Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

In 2004, the principals formed Criterion Development Partners with the intention of creating a more horizontal, hands-on organizational structure to better leverage the team’s strengths and allow its principals to be intimately involved in all aspects of each deal. Criterion’s focus on attention to detail, tight execution, design excellence and strategic vision has led to superior results for our customers and partners. In fact, our name memorializes this emphasis as Criterion is defined as “the standard by which one is judged”. With regional offices in Dallas, Texas and Waltham, Massachusetts, Criterion has developed 21 multifamily communities to date with total development costs exceeding $1.15 billion.
