Michael Waldrum

Mr. Waldrum joined HMC in 2019 as an Analyst rising to Associate in the Birmingham, Alabama office. Mr. Waldrum focuses on HMC’s U.S. Real Estate acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic U.S. regions. Prior to joining HMC, he was an assurance associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP serving primarily Private Investment Management and Insurance companies.

Mr. Waldrum is a Certified Public Accountant – Inactive and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Auburn University.
