Bio

Michael joined Avison Young after relocating with his family to Cary, North Carolina in 2003. Since joining the company, he has focused on providing landlord and tenant representation services to office clients, consistently ranking as one of the firm's top producers.

 

During his 16 years as a real estate advisor with Avison Young, Michael completed over 600 transactions valued at over $175 million. These transactions primarily focused on office leasing and sales, but Michael has also done extensive work in the flex, retail and investment sales arenas.

 

Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Michael managed a full-service graphic arts/printing firm in New York City. He also spent seven years as a financial consultant with Shearson Lehman Hutton in New York. Michael brokered client investments, including but not limited to securities, mutual funds, bonds and real estate investment trusts. Michael's strong financial background and professional customer service skills enable him to provide unique value to his clients when it comes to finding the best possible real estate solutions.

 

Michael enjoys playing golf and poker, cooking, collecting sports memorabilia, and spending free time with his wife, three sons and two dogs.
