Bio

As Market Director for the Atlanta Region, Mr. Sivewright provides overall regional leadership focused on supporting existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities and enterprise management across all service lines. Mr. Sivewright has over 25 years of real estate experience with a strong focus on transactions, development, corporate outsourcing and large portfolio oversight.

 

Previously, Mr. Sivewright was chairman of the Jones Lang LaSalle Banking Industry group and leader of Jones Lang LaSalle's corporate real estate relationship with Bank of America, representing a staff of over 900 associates. As the relationship executive, he was responsible for global delivery of facilities management, project management and transaction services to over 50 million square feet of office, retail and data center space.

 

Mr. Sivewright also served as Regional Manager for the firm's Central Region Project & Development Services division, National Practice Leader for the Firm's Development Management business and National Transaction Director. Mr. Sivewright also served on the Firm's Corporate Solutions' Operating committee, Project and Development Services Global Board and the Higher Education and Healthcare practice committees. He was appointed to International Director in 2007.

 

Mr. Sivewright holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designee, a member of CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute, serves on the Board of Directors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber and chairs the Economic Development Committee, Buckhead Coalition Executive Committee, Central Atlanta Progress Board of Directors, Midtown Alliance Board of Directors and Woodruff Arts Center Board of Trustees.
