Michael K Silver

In 1980, Michael Silver, SIOR joined the CBRE, Inc. Miami-Downtown Office as an Industrial Specialist. During the past thirty-nine years, Mr. Silver has represented landlords, tenants, landowners, developers, buyer/sellers, in addition to local and national real estate investors. Mr. Silver has successfully negotiated more than 2,200 transactions from original project conception to ultimate transaction completion.
