He works with a list of high-profile clients including some of the nation's leading REITs, private equity funds, and commercial property developers. As an active consultant for Moody's Analytics | Reis, Mr. Salafia has his finger on the pulse of commercial real estate marketing trends, informing him with a holistic perspective when advising his clients. With a multidisciplinary background in marketing, software engineering, and sales, he leverages a diverse range of skills to target the right investors at the right time where they're most engaged. His unique approach consistently maximizes value for his clients. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Salafia co-founded Digimix, a digital media agency in New York City servicing Fortune 500 companies and providing ongoing support for his net lease advisory business. Other professional experience includes AOL, Intercontinental Exchange, and Harvard Law. Mr. Salafia holds an MBA from Northeastern University, with undergraduate studies in Finance at NEU and Babson College, and post-grad workshops at Sloan MIT.
