Bio

Michael Sajjadi is Vice President of Design & Construction, West Development, for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Sajjadi is in charge of design and construction activities within the West Region including site acquisition, due diligence, conceptual estimating, scheduling, design management, governmental project approvals and construction oversight of all projects in the West Region. Mr. Sajjadi has completed over a dozen projects to date at Rockefeller Group totaling over 4.5 million square feet including major projects such as the 1.4 million square foot Optimus Logistics Center in Perris, California and the 1.5 million square foot General Mills Distribution Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Throughout his career, Mr. Sajjadi has held senior design and construction positions at Overton Moore Properties, Legacy Partners, Martin Potts & Associates, as well as, several other general contractors in the Southern California region. Mr. Sajjadi holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah. Mr. Sajjadi is a LEED Accredited Professional.
