Michael Sabo

Michael began his real estate career as an originator with First Financial Equity, working on debt & equity capitalizations. As a result of his dedication and efforts, he was promoted to Senior Account Manager and Head Officer for First Financial Equity and responsible for the operations of the office.

After ten years with First Financial, Michael moved to GFI Mortgage, where he continued to expand his involvement in structured real estate finance, and grew the business by working with owners in negotiation financing, and disposition of assets worth hundreds of millions USD.

Through work and managing his family’s assets, Michael became and expert in property management including overseeing the construction, renovations, lease-ups of several thousand units in New Jersey.

Michael’s focus has always been on multifamily properties. Some of his strengths include contract negotiations and structuring of the entire capital stack. These skills enabled him to expand to larger assets and syndicate the investments to major investors.

In 2011, Michael started 3PRP, which has become a successful investment platform that acquired over $450 million of multifamily properties.

Today, 3PRP’s portfolio is over four thousand units in several locations throughout the United States.

In early 2017, the platform was expanded to include self-management with the creation of Radius Property Management. By utilizing Michael’s experience and bringing operations in house, Michael believes 3PRP will provide better asset control, expense monitoring and economies of scale to maximize potential profits for their investors.
