Michael Ryan

Mike Ryan leads Cushman & Wakefield's Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team in Atlanta and the Southeast. In this capacity, he is responsible for new business development, strategic initiatives, and arranging first-trust financing (including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae executions), mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity for all types of commercial real estate assets.

During his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Ryan has facilitated the closing of over $8.0 billion in senior debt, equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and construction financing.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Ryan worked at MONY Realty Capital, an institutional lender, where he was part of a loan-origination team based in Atlanta that was responsible for placing first-trust mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, open-ended and construction-perm loans. In addition to loan origination and loan origination support, Mr. Ryan oversaw a $200 million loan portfolio.
