Bio
As Senior Director of Real Estate Development, Michael provides leadership and expertise in sourcing and pursuit of new development opportunities, upfront development feasibility studies, financial analysis, due diligence and entitlements for speculative and build-to-suit developments. He provides managerial oversight throughout construction, design and project delivery.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in industrial real estate, acquiring, developing, leasing and disposition of buildings. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Illinois State University. Michael is a member of AIRE and NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association.
